early as possible to avoid disappointment ~ at least
4 months in advance is a good idea. Bookings for scheduled tours close 2 months before the tour start date (late bookings may be possible).

We will reply within 24 hours confirming if places are available
or not. If your preferred tour is full we will suggest alternative
dates.
2. Request a Booking...
In the form below select "Make
a booking" and complete all the other details. Phone, fax or email

If places are available we will confirm your booking by email or
fax within 24 hours.
3. Complete a Reservation Form and pay a Deposit

here to download a Reservations Form. Print and complete
all details and sign at the bottom. Post the signed form(s) with
your deposit to our office in New Zealand. A deposit of US$800 or UK£500 is required (per person). For private, custom tours the deposit is 20% of the tour cost.
When your form and deposit are received we will send a receipt
together with information about New Zealand and resources
to assist your holiday preparation. You can also choose some mid-tour
options or extra bookings.
(Your places will be released after 2 weeks if your completed forms and deposits are not received. Please note your deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to another tour if places are available.)
4. Final Payment
The balance of the tour fee (and any extra options) must be received
at least 60 days prior to the tour start date.
