For attendees of the 2008 New Zealand Reunions

28-30 November   Conway Worcester Pangbourne

Between now and early 2008, together with the organising committees of both reunions, we will be designing a selection of guided sightseeing options to make it easy for attendees to explore New Zealand.

These options will:

• be scheduled to match the Reunion dates (before, between and after)
• include interesting activities suitable for people of all ages
• include accommodation, transport and some meals
• be personally guided by Kiwis

We expect to visit a variety of New Zealand's scenic places:

• Arthur's Pass and the Southern Alps
• West Coast
• Franz Josef or Fox Glaciers
• Queenstown
• Milford or Doubtful Sound
• Mount Cook
• Kaikoura
• Nelson

Our first thoughts:

21-23 November    Vintage Port Reunion

24-27 November     4 or 5 Day Tour between the reunions exploring the north-east

                                    coast of the South Island - Kaikoura, the Marlborough wine

                                    region and the Marlborough Sounds

28-30 November    Conway Worcester Pangbourne Reunion

1-14 December      10 Day Tour after the CWP reunion exploring the west and south

                                   of the South Island - West Coast, Queenstown, Fiordland National

                                   Park, Southland and Dunedin.

Depending on the number of people joining these trips, you will travel by air-conditioned luxury coach or in a smaller vehicle suitable for smaller groups. We expect to arrange a coach for each naval college. That way, each college can scheme in secret against the others (and pursue different activities and interests). At the end of each day we can gather for drinks and meals etc.

If you wish , we can also arrange SELF-DRIVE options if your travel plans don't match the scheduled options.
